RETURNS: I have described everything to the best of my ability. However I realise that sometimes its just not right.
Therefor all items are returnable with the EXCEPTIONS of all music,(TAPES, RECORDS and CD's) DVD's, VHS, posters and photographs (these items ane not returnable due to reproduction, please ask questions prior to ordering.)
For a full refund, all claims must be made with in 30 days of the order date. All merchandise must be returned in the original package, with all the pieces in tact. When it is checked in, a check will be issued for the price less the shipping charges.
SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS: the minimum cost is $12 for most items, additional costs for heavy or large items if neccessary. Most items sent via priority mail with delivery conformation, with insurance(OPTIONAL) if neccessary. Large and fragile items will be placed with UPS, and the charges will be applied directly to your credit card, no exceptions! All orders processed and shipped within two weeks, unless otherwise requested. Please note any special delivery instructions with your order.
